Ashley Hancock

Ashley Hancock is Founder and CEO of Innovetica, a boutique technology incubation firm that partners with physician and research-inventors in the development and commercialization of new and innovative medical technologies.

Prior to founding Innovetica, Ashley managed medical device portfolios, first for C.R. Bard, and then for EndoChoice, accountable for national markets. He also served as the first Executive Director of the Southeastern Medical Device Association (now Southeast Life Sciences), a non-profit, regional industry association. Ashley began his career in the chemical industry with BP Amoco Chemical Company, providing oversight of engineering, manufacturing, operations planning, and supply chain optimization.

Ashley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a recipient of the Georgia Tech Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award, and routinely advises student entrepreneurs at Georgia Tech’s VentureLab, Create-X, and ATDC.
